During specific sale days (like Pirate’s Plunder Sale, Manga Madness Sale, etc.), order quantities can be limited per customer, orders can be canceled if they become out of stock, and C.O.D. option might be disabled.

User Account, Password, and Security Yo, Straw Hat Pirates! You can place orders on our website either as a guest user or by creating an account on our website. To create an account, you need to complete the Sign-Up process by entering your Name, E-mail ID & Password on our website. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all other activities that occur under your account. If you spot any unauthorized use of your password or account credentials or any other breach of security, immediately notify Manga Psycho Support Team at [email protected]. And remember, always logout from your account at the end of each session. Manga Psycho and its affiliates won’t be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions.

Accuracy of Billing and Other Account Information Aye, matey! You must agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and other account information for all purchases made at our store. Keep your account and other information, including your billing address and card details, promptly updated so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. In case of incomplete and false billing address, including your phone number, your order shall be canceled without any refund, and your account will be blocked for future transactions.

Order Cancellation or Limitation of Quantities Purchased Avast ye! We will make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, but in specific circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our payment gateway, absence of customer at the delivery location. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per account, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, e-mail address, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Amounts for all the canceled and modified prepaid orders will be adjusted through UPI, Bank Transfers, and Paytm Wallet. In the case of C.O.D. orders, the adjustment of the amount is not applicable. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders, in our sole judgment, that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Manga Psycho further reserves its right to limit its liability and/or responsibility only up to the cost of the merchandise purchased if found genuine.

Order Cancellation by Customers Shiver me timbers! Since we are working on a Print-On-Demand business model, it wouldn’t be possible for us to accept any order cancellation or modification requests made by the customer once the order has been sent for processing. If the order has been printed and shipped, the customer has to accept it. In the case of C.O.D. orders, if the delivery is not claimed by the customer, their account and delivery address will be blocked for future orders. It will be released only after clearing all outstanding balances.
