What are the shipping charges?

Hey there! We’ve got an awesome deal for you—FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders! But wait, if you prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), there will be a small charge of just ₹39. Don’t worry, the price remains the same whether you’re ordering t-shirts or hoodies!

Please note that these shipping charges are applicable within India only. We’re sorry, but international orders are not accepted at the moment.

What is the delivery timeline?

Yo-ho-ho! Your delivery will set sail and reach you in a jiffy! Our estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your shipping zone. Ahoy, matey! Keep in mind that these are just estimates, as our products are in high demand and delivery times may vary.

Can I change the delivery date for my order?

Arrr, matey! I wish I could grant your wish for a specific delivery date, but alas, it’s a bit tricky. We can only consider changing the delivery date if your shipment hasn’t been delivered yet. However, me hearties, please understand that we can’t guarantee the delivery on your requested date. But hey, I’ll try me best to make it happen!

Change of Shipping Address

Ahoy, landlubber! If you need to change your shipping address, no worries! Just make sure the item hasn’t set sail yet. But mind you, it’s up to our trusty courier company to honor this request. So, best be quick and send us an email to [email protected], mentioning your Order ID and the new address. Oh, and don’t forget, there’s a small fee of ₹80 for address changes after shipping has been processed. But fear not, we’ll send you a payment link to make it smooth sailing!

What happens if you’re not available at the location during delivery?

Avast, ye! If you’re not around when our courageous courier arrives, fear not! They’ll give it another shot on the next business day. And if needed, they’ll make a third attempt on the day after that. But mateys, do keep in mind that different courier companies have different policies. Some may make up to 3 attempts before marking it as Return to Origin (RTO), while others may have their own rules.

What is RTO? What are the possible reasons behind RTO?

Ahoy, matey! RTO stands for Return to Origin. It happens when our brave courier couldn’t deliver your package. In such cases, they mark it as RTO and send it back to our home port.

Here be the possible reasons for undelivered shipments:

Customer not contactable

Incomplete/Wrong address

Unprepared for the COD amount

Customer requesting a future delivery

Customer requesting self-pickup

Customer refusing delivery

Door/premises/office be closed

What happens if the delivery goes unclaimed?

Shiver me timbers! If, for any reason, your order isn’t delivered (marked as RTO), and it goes unclaimed after subsequent attempts, you’ll be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. Arr, and ye shall also be charged a reverse shipping fee, which be the same as the forward shipping fee. Fair warning, matey!

Serviceable pin code list and our logistic partners

Our mighty vessels sail under the flags of Ecom-Express, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. Ecom-Express and Xpressbees are the true stars when it comes to e-commerce shipping, covering most pin codes and ensuring swift deliveries. But, me hearties, they operate mainly in cities with bustling e-commerce scenes. So, there be a few pin codes they can’t reach for prepaid or COD services. Fear not, though! In such cases, we rely on India Post to cover all pin codes for prepaid shipments. But remember, we can’t send COD shipments via India Post.

What happens when the shipment is lost in-transit?

Arr, if your shipment gets lost in the treacherous seas of transit, send us a message at [email protected]! Once we receive confirmation from our courier partner, we’ll sail a new order to you without delay. Aye, Manga Psycho doesn’t have its own fleet, so we rely on our trusted 3rd Party Logistics for shipping. That be why any disputes related to damage, fake deliveries, or such matters need to be raised within 48 hours of delivery or delivery attempt. Any requests made after 48 hours won’t be entertained.
