Return / Replacement Policy

At Manga Psycho, we strive to ensure that our customers receive products of the highest quality. However, in the event that you receive a product that is not in the best condition, we offer free replacements no Refund for manufacturing defects and misprint errors. Please follow the guidelines below to initiate a replacement:

Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 5 days of product delivery, providing a detailed description of the issue along with a few pictures or a video showcasing the exact defect.

Replacement Authorization: Upon reviewing your request, we will authorize the replacement if it falls within our policy guidelines.

Replacement Shipping: Once the replacement is authorized, we will ship out the new product within 48 hours.

Please note the following:

No Return Required: We do not ask for the defected product to be returned to us, and no reverse pick-ups need to be scheduled.

Limited Timeframe: Issues related to manufacturing defects, misprinting, damage, wrong items, or defective items must be communicated to Manga Psycho within 5 days of product delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a return or replacement.

Customized Products: If the product is in perfect condition but the customer chooses not to keep it, we cannot offer a return or replacement since our products are customized and printed for each order.

Our Decision: Return or replacement of products will be provided at our discretion, and our decision in the matter shall be final and binding. Please understand that as our products are customized, we may not be able to guarantee return or replacement in all cases.
